TARGETING STRATEGY
My goal is to create and launch an innovative theory of the socio-political project. The main objective of this project - the elimination of the totalitarian regime and the restoration of democracy in Russia.

2002-2016 Building expert on the construction of housing in Moscow
Achievements:
Creation of the first private enterprise in Irkutsk.
The initiator and founder of the first non-government bank Finist, president of the East-Siberian Real Estate Exchange, a pioneer of the Russian charter business, the founder of the first private gold mining company.
